Want to set up shop at the hottest event in the Permian Basin? Check out our Vendor Rules below and get in touch. We have vendor spots available on a first come, first serve basis. Vendor space is available in large 20×30 spots or small 10×10 “tent” spots. All vendor spots are outdoors. The price of spots varies with size (see the rules listed at the bottom of this page for details).
All vendors must have a NM State Tax ID number, and Food Vendors must also have a food permit. Vendor space fills up quickly, and previous vendors are given priority.
Vendors interested in participating must fill out the above online application or download the form and email it to director@lovingtonmainstreet.org to be notified of vendor availability.
