IBCA SANCTIONED STATE BBQ COOK-OFF
IBCA Sanctioned cookers must compete in a total of three categories: Brisket, Pork Spare Ribs, and Chicken. Each category will be judged separately, and participants will be awarded a cash prize according to the judges’ ranking. Judges will also name a Grand Champion across all IBCA sanctioned events, with a Reserve Champion runner-up. Grand Champion and Reserve Champion titles come with additional cash prizes. Contestants who place 10th in their category still win $125; sweep the competition to win over $2,700!

NON-SANCTIONED JACKPOT COOK-OFFS
Non-Sanctioned cookers will compete for a jackpot prize—this is a cash prize that totals the combined amount of entry fees collected from all Non-Sanctioned Cook-Off participants. The winner of the “Beans” category will take home one half of the jackpot, and the winner of the “Anything Goes” category will take home the other half. Contestants can choose to enter both categories, so there’s a chance to sweep the competition and take home the whole jackpot!
CORNHOLE TOURNAMENT
Cornhole Tournament prizes will be awarded to the first and second place winners. If you make it to the final match, you’re taking home a cash prize!
